The registration form is used for convenient registration of individuals and groups who will participate in the ENTIRE seminar. In case of group registration, the registering person fills in the list of names of the participants of the event and sends it by email to gasshuku.cz@gmail.com.

By filling out and sending the form, I sign up for the Gasshuku 2021 seminar and at the same time declare that I have read and agree to the general terms and conditions.

By registering, I give my consent to the registration of my person and the use of the above data for the needs of Gasshuku Czech Republic. The protection of personal data takes place only to the extent strictly necessary and is governed by the principles of the GDPR.
At the same time, I agree to the use of video recordings (photos, videos, audio recordings) from events related to the association’s activities or organized by the association, such as press presentations, promotion purposes, event documentation, publication on social networks (without mentioning the name of the photo).

Partial participants are not entitled to a discount for timely payment or a group discount.

Basic price:
2.950,- CZK or 115 EUR – payment in cash on arrival without registration
2.700,- CZK or 105 EUR – payment in cash on arrival upon previous registration (registration till 15.6.2021)
2.300,- CZK or 90 EUR –   payment by bank transfer (deadline:  31.5.2021)

One-day participation fee:
750,- CZK/person,day or 30 EUR /person,day – payment for part of the seminar
